Dues Structure

Corporate

Corporations, partnerships and other for-profit entities. Dues based on annual, worldwide corporate revenues from healthcare-related business at the highest corporate level.

  • $10,000 for revenues of $500M +
  • $  7,500 for revenues of $100M – $499M
  • $  5,000 for revenues of $25M – $99M
  • $  1,250 for revenues of $5M – $24.9M
  • $     600 for revenues of $1M – $4.9M
  • $     300 for revenues less than $1M

Large Healthcare Provider

Enterprises such as IDNs or AMCs. Dues based on adding together the following three components:

Total Licensed Beds (owned and managed facilities)

  • $7,500 for 2,000+ beds
  • $6,500 for 1,000-1,999 beds
  • $6,000 for 750-999 beds
  • $5,500 for 600-749 beds
  • $5,000 for 400-599 beds
  • $2,500 for 300-399 beds
  • $1,200 for 200-299 beds
  • $   600 for 100-199 beds
  • $   300 for less than 100 beds

Ambulatory Settings

  • $1,000 for 1,500+ clinical staff
  • $   850 for 1,000-1,499 clinical staff
  • $   750 for 750-999 clinical staff
  • $   650 for 500-749 clinical staff
  • $   600 for 250-499 clinical staff
  • $   550 for 100-249 clinical staff
  • $   500 for less than 100 clinical staff

Educational Activities: $1,000

 

Educational Organization

Organizations with programs related to health and healthcare. Dues based on annual student enrollment.

  • $5,000 for enrollment of 1,500 +
  • $2,500 for enrollment of 1,000-1,499
  • $1,500 for enrollment of 500-999
  • $   750 for enrollment of less than 500

Nonprofit

Nonprofit professional, charitable, scientific or educational organization that qualifies under Section 501(c) of the Internal Revenue Code. Dues based on annual, worldwide revenues from healthcare-related business.

  • $1,250 for revenues of $25M+
  • $1,000 for revenues of $5M = $24.9M
  • $   600 for revenues of $1M – $4.9M
  • $   300 for revenues of less than $1M

Independent Hospital

Dues based on number of licensed beds.

  • $7,500 for 2,000+ beds
  • $6,500 for 1,000-1,999 beds
  • $6,000 for 750-999 beds
  • $5,500 for 600-749 beds
  • $5,000 for 400-599 beds
  • $2,500 for 300-399 beds
  • $1,200 for 200-299 beds
  • $   600 for 100-199 beds
  • $   300 for less than 100 beds

Independent Ambulatory Practice

Includes IPAs, medical and dental practices, home health, etc. Dues based on number of clinical staff (MDs, PAs and NPs).

  • $2,500 for 500+ clinical staff
  • $1,500 for 250-499 clinical staff
  • $1,200 for 100-249 clinical staff
  • $1,000 for 50-99 clinical staff
  • $   750 for 25-49 clinical staff
  • $   500 for 10-24 clinical staff
  • $   300 for less than 10 clinical staff

Public Agency

Federal, state, city, county agency, or special governmental district or foreign government agency (not including Providers as defined above).
Dues: $300

Student

Full-time student enrolled at an accredited institution of higher learning in a program related to health or healthcare. Non-voting member.
Dues: $25
