Annual Conference Planning Committee

This committee meets monthly from October-August to plan NCHICA’s Annual Conference & Exhibition, which is typically held in September. Committee members participate in these subcommittees:

  • Program: review abstracts, select speakers, determine conference tracks and schedule
  • Sponsor & Exhibitor: review the sponsor prospectus and discuss benefits offered; discuss ways to improve exhibit hall experience; and determine fees
  • Special Events: Organize off-site events for conference attendees
  • Social Media: Promote conference through various social media channels

 

Meeting Schedule

The committee meets by ad hoc subcommittee. Meetings are held in person and by Webex. Participation in meetings are for NCHICA members only, and registration is required. Click here to view upcoming meetings.
