You MUST register online to attend the conference. Multiple payment options are available: you can select check/money order to receive an invoice, or pay with a credit card. In either case, a confirmation and a receipt will be provided via email immediately upon registration from email@example.com. Please be sure to allow emails from this address within your security protocols.
Online registration will close at noon on Monday, October 19. After that time, you may register onsite but may not be able to attend the lunches.

Cancellations received before 5:00 pm on September 21, 2020 will receive a refund of the registration fee minus a $50 administration fee. There will be no refund for cancellations received after September 21, 2020 unless you purchase conference protection insurance through Allianz (see below). Substitutions in advance will be accepted through October 19, 2020.
Check Payment Policy
You may pay by either credit card or check. All checks must be received by Friday, October 9, 2020 or your registration will be cancelled. Please make checks out to NCHICA and include a copy of your invoice.
Conference Registration Fee Insurance
Conference registration fee insurance is available from Allianz for a fee of 5.75% of your total registration fee. This is optional and can be added when you register. Click here for further details on what is covered.
