You will also learn about the outcomes of these services, including the number of patients served, cost savings and increased patient satisfaction.
  • Patty Upham, Director of Care Transitions at FirstHealth of the Carolinas, will discuss their home-based telehealth patient monitoring services, which includes a remote monitoring platform and video consultation. Learn about their partnership with Health Recovery Solutions and how they have used telehealth technology to manage over 800 patients.
  • Damian Gilbert, Founder and CEO of TouchCare, will discuss their mobile apps and services that connect patients and physicians.
