The following fees are good through May 12, 2017:

Cancellations received before May 12, 2017 will receive a refund of the registration fee minus a $50 administration fee. There will be no refund for cancellations received after May 12, 2017 unless you purchased conference registration fee insurance described below.
Conference Registration Fee Insurance
Conference registration fee insurance is available from a third-party vendor for a fee of 5.75% of your total registration fee. This is optional and can be added when you register. Click here for further details on what is covered.
Check Payment Policy
You may pay by either credit card or check. All checks must be received by 5:00 pm on Friday, June 2, 2017 or your registration will be cancelled.
